Unworn merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise credit if within the 30 day return period. Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customized orders, earrings, masks, and socks are all final sales. We do not offer free returns at this time.

Orders are processed within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. We do not ship on holidays. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 3-4 business days in the US. We do ship to AFPO (Armed Forces Post Office Boxes)

Please be sure to indicate your order number and the item/size you would like to exchange it for. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will ship your exchange or generate your store credit code. Send us an email to lavernefashionandgifts@gmail.com to let us know it’s on the way, and we’ll keep an eye out for it! Please allow 10-12 business days for your return to be processed.
