Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its unworn/original condition along with the original invoice within 10 days of receiving the package. Call us or email us at Mcarrier@aol.com to process the return for a refund and/or exchange.

LaVerne will not accept any returned merchandise without prior communication and will only accept merchandise(s) bought at www.lavernefashionand gifts.com.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and shipping fees. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Any merchandise(s) that is damaged and not in its unworn/original condition will not be acceptable.
Refund
Due to transit, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the refund to be issued to its original form of payment.
Our Shipping Process
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facility. Delivery generally occurs within 2-4 business days after the ship date.
*We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers
may experience delays during the holiday season.
We cannot change or cancel any order once it’s been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled.
